The questions candidates actually ask.
Is my camera on during an assessment?
No. There is no webcam proctoring anywhere on this platform and there never will be. We removed it permanently over biometric privacy law, including Illinois BIPA and Texas CUBI. Assessments are time-boxed and adaptive instead.
Can a bad score be held against me?
Only if you share it. Your scores are yours. You choose which employers see your card. A low score on a module simply means that module does not appear on your card, and you get an Accelerator path to fix it.
Do you test personality, culture fit, or IQ?
No. Those categories are excluded by policy. Personality profiling, cognitive and IQ-adjacent tests, credit history and criminal history are all outside our scope. We assess job-relevant skills with documented industry use, and nothing else.
I need an accommodation. What do I do?
Request it inside the assessment flow before you start. Extended time, screen reader compatibility, alternate formats and scheduled breaks are built into the platform architecture rather than handled by email after the fact.
How long does a module take?
Twenty to twenty-five minutes. Most candidates go from creating an account to holding a verified skills card in under two hours.
What if I want help with the resume too?
