By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

1. Scope of Services

Legacy Careers LLC provides professional development tools and career-related services such as resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, career coaching, digital scripts, and curated job lead distribution. These Services are designed to assist individuals in navigating the job market and improving their career strategies.

We do not guarantee interviews, job placements, or employment outcomes. Our offerings are advisory and support-based in nature and should be used at the client’s discretion as part of a broader job search strategy.

2. No Employment Guarantee

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Legacy Careers LLC does not promise, guarantee, or imply any particular job outcome, employment result, or income level as a result of using our Services.
  • Any testimonials or examples of results achieved by other clients are illustrative only and not indicative of guaranteed or typical outcomes.
  • You remain solely responsible for the results of your job search, interview performance, and employment journey.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments for Services are due at the time of purchase. Legacy Careers LLC accepts multiple forms of payment including debit, credit, Klarna, and Afterpay.

  • Refunds: Due to the customized and digital nature of our Services, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Expedited Services: Clients purchasing expedited delivery acknowledge faster turnaround times and waive any right to cancel once work has begun.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information when filling out forms, submitting resumes, or communicating with us.
  • Respond promptly to intake forms, revision requests, and communications.
  • Refrain from using our Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unethical purposes.

Failure to meet these obligations may delay delivery timelines or result in service suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Legacy Careers LLC, including resumes, templates, scripts, coaching content, and other deliverables, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal job search purposes only.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or replicate our materials for commercial purposes.

7. Confidentiality

All client information and materials shared with Legacy Careers LLC are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s consent, except where required by law.

We reserve the right to anonymize and use client data for internal research, business development, and product enhancement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy Careers LLC shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our Services.
  • Delays or disruptions caused by third-party platforms, internet service issues, or client inaction.
  • Any decisions or outcomes made by employers, recruiters, or other third parties.

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific Service in question.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Legacy Careers LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of our Services.

10. Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of our Services or these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge that you have read and understood them in full.
