Measure the skill. Skip the guess.
Adaptive, job-relevant assessments across ten departments. Scored against a national benchmark, defensible under EEOC guidance, and portable across every employer in the network.
A score with a benchmark beside it.
A raw percentage means nothing on its own. VerifyIQ returns a percentile against a national candidate pool and the threshold the employer set for that specific role, so both sides can read the result the same way.
- Adaptive difficulty. Early answers set the difficulty of what follows, so a strong candidate is not stuck answering easy items for 25 minutes.
- Scenario based. Items present a situation and ask for a judgment. Recall questions are the ones that get gamed.
- Time boxed. Twenty to twenty-five minutes per module. Extended time is available as a documented ADA accommodation.
- Re-sittable. A below-benchmark result assigns a learning path and the candidate can sit again. The card always shows the current score.
Ten departments. One hundred modules at full build.
Twenty modules are validated for launch. The rest roll out by department as each clears validation. A module that is not validated is not available.

Six steps before a module goes live.
This is the process that makes a score defensible if an applicant challenges it. Every module runs it. There is no fast track.
Job analysis
Document what the role actually requires, sourced from real postings and incumbent interviews, not from a competency library.
Content mapping
Every item is traced to a documented job requirement. An item with no traceable link to the work does not enter the bank.
Subject matter expert review
Practitioners in the field review each item for accuracy, relevance and ambiguity before it is ever seen by a candidate.
Pilot and item analysis
Items are piloted, then screened on difficulty and discrimination. Items that do not separate skill levels are cut.
Adverse impact analysis
Results are analyzed for disparate impact across protected groups under the four-fifths rule. Failures are remediated before launch, not after.
Documentation and sign-off
A written validation record is retained for every module. This is the file that gets produced if a decision is ever challenged.
Accommodations are part of the architecture.
Four accommodation types are built into the assessment engine before any candidate sits for a module. A candidate requests them in the flow. No email, no disclosure to the employer, no delay.
Extended time
Time-and-a-half or double time applied to the module clock, with no marker on the result.
Screen reader support
Semantic markup, keyboard-only navigation, and no timed interactions that require a pointer.
Alternate formats
High contrast, larger type, and text alternatives for every scenario that uses a table or figure.
Breaks
Scheduled pauses that stop the clock, requested before the module begins.
Try one module yourself.
Five real items, scored, timed, with the reasoning shown after each answer. It takes about four minutes and it will tell you more than any feature list.
